Affordable Climate Control (Air Conditioning) in Cedar Hill

Service call was for loud blower noise, $625.00 for a computer board & Blower motor only to still have the same exact problem as the Technician began to leave. Yes!! he still left as it began to get louder and louder as he walked towards the door. Stated " I will talk to my boss for a discount on a 3rd part because I missed it during diagnosis". Not only did he miss it but not it turns out he installed and chaged for 2 parts not needed. Being that the 2 parts for $625.00 did not fix the problem called to find out why the old parts were not installed and the actual $40.00 part was not being installed to fix the issue. It was evident the $625.00 did not resolve the issues and was misdiagnosed. Also no written diagnosis was provided for the $110.00 diagnosis. For the $110.00 diagnosis there was no paperwork, no knowledge of parts availabilty or when service could be completed; technician stated this was due to he was late for another call but still charged the full $110.00 for a diagnosis. Imagine paying $625.00 for the same issue to continue then being asked to wait to see if the boss can offer a discount on the actual part that was causing the issue which turns out to be a $40.00 blower wheel, but they intend to keep the $625.00 for parts & labor. Yes they collected the $625.00 before leaving, leaving my mother without heat and out $625.00. 01/03/2016 11:14 pm, JOE SANDUSKY .
